Casa Negra Collection Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns of unopened candles within 14 days of delivery.

Candle Condition
All returned candles must be unopened, in their original packaging, with the warning label attached in its original placement, and in a sellable condition. Candles returned that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Final Sale Items
All candle accessories, including the wick trimmer & snuffer set, four-piece sets, and long-stem matches, are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Customized products, such as individually tailored candle sets, are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their specific, individual nature. Once ordered, they cannot be resold by the retailer.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and details of the damage to expedite assistance and ensure a resolution.
